This site is a source for information about the wildlife documentary produced for television by Asia Geographic Productions Sdn Bhd, to record the heroic efforts being made by the Malaysian Wildlife Authorities to secure a home and a future for the Sumatran Rhinoceros.
We are very proud to have been a part of this effort to increase public awareness of the desperate plight of this critically endangered species. As large areas of rainforest are destroyed each day, the work to save this animal from extinction becomes more urgent.
Dr Zainal, featured in our program, began an important work that now continues in other research centers around the globe. Hard working men and women around the globe today continue and further the work that he began at the Sumatran Rhinoceros Conservation Center many years ago, when Rimah, Minah’s mother was captured while still pregnant.
